摘要:硫酸在工业上应用广泛。锌冶炼中的烟气制酸是不可或缺的流程,不仅可以减少尾矿浪费、还可以减少污染气体的排放,增加企业效益。本设计主要是根据锌矿冶炼后烟气通过设备净化——干吸——转化,两转两吸从而得到产品的主要流程线路,主要设备绘制以及平面图布置,涉及基本的数据计算。希望能够简易的展现锌冶炼流程中烟气制酸的流程。

Abstract:Sulfuric acid is widely used in industry. Zinc smelting in the sulfuric acid process is essential, not only can reduce the tailings waste, pollution can also reduce gas emissions and increase enterprise efficiency. This design is mainly based on zinc smelting flue gas through the device after cleaning - drying and absorption - the transformation of double-absorption process to be the main product line, drawing and floor plan layout of major equipment involved in calculation of basic data. Want to show the simple process of zinc smelting process in sulfuric acid.
