摘要:本文采用凝胶注模成型工艺制备Al2O3陶瓷,凝胶注模成型工艺是一种新的胶态成型技术,该工艺是将陶瓷粉体分散于含有有机单体和分散剂的水溶液中,制备出低粘度、高固相体积分数的浓悬浮体,在催化剂和引发剂的作用下,使浆料中的有机单体交联聚合成三维网状结构,反应得到的交联聚合物是一种弹性的水凝胶,起胶粘陶瓷粉料的作用,从而使浆料原位固化成型。然后再进行脱模、干燥,即可得到陶瓷坯体。此方法的关键是如何制备高固相体积分数、流动性及分散性良好的浆料。本实验主要研究通过加入乙二醇后能否提高Al2O3悬浮体系的分散性、改善流变性及使凝胶柱模成型坯体均匀、致密、不易变形等问题。经实验发现Al2O3悬浮体的粘度随着固相含量的增加而增加,在凝胶注模成型中,其Al2O3的固相体积分数为35Vol%时,制得的坯体最好,但容易起皮,尺寸大小不易控制。制备陶瓷过程中,在Al2O3粉体浆料里加入适量的乙二醇,能有效克服单体聚合的氧阻聚问题,从而消除陶瓷坯体的表面起皮现象。本文还研究了乙二醇的用量对Al2O3粉体的分散性、浆料的粘度等影响,并初步讨论了乙二醇对凝胶化过程中氧阻聚效应的抑制作用。通过采用凝胶注模成型法制备Al2O3陶瓷,当烧结温度为1500℃时得到的陶瓷粒径分布均匀、密度最大、不易变形。

Abstract:The injection molding preparation by gel Al2O3 ceramics ,Gel mould molding process is a new kind of colloidal forming technology,This process is dispersed in ceramic powders containing organic monomer and dispersant in aqueous solution, the preparation of a low viscosity and high solid volume fraction of concentrated suspension body, in the role of catalyst and initiator, make pulping of organic monomer cross linking clumped into 3d mesh structure, reaction get cross-link polymer is a kind of flexible gel, play the role of adhesive ceramic powder, thus make pulping in situ curing. This method is the key is how to prepare high solid phase volume fraction, liquidity and better dispersion slurry. Classics experiment found the viscosity of alumina suspension body with the solid content increases, the forming of the gel note the volume fraction of Al2O3, its 35Vol %, for the given photo-cell and made the best, but easily peeling, size not easy to control. In the preparation of ceramic process, the Al2O3 powder size addition of suitable amount of glycol, can effectively overcome the oxygen inhibitor monomer polymerization, thus eliminating ceramic given photo-cell and surface peeling phenomenon. This paper also studied the glycol content on the aluminum oxide powder dispersion characteristics, the paste viscosity, etc, and the preliminary discussed the influence of gel electrolyzing process of ethylene glycol oxygen inhibitor effect inhibitory effect. By adopting gel mould Changing preparation alumina ceramic, when the sintering temperature for 1500℃ get ceramic uniform particle size distribution, populated, changeful form.
