摘要:本论文主要研究了在长玻纤含量(25%)相同情况下,不同含量的阻燃剂对聚丙烯(PP)经行改性后额影响。通过万能电子拉力机分别研究比较、不同含量阻燃剂的长玻纤增强PP材料力学性能的影响。从加入长玻纤后PP各项性能来看,PP材料的强度、热变形性能都得到了很好的加强,这是因为长玻纤本身有很好的机械性能,经增容剂(PP-g-MAH)增容后,使得长玻纤与PP的界面相容性得到更好的改善,因而经增容处理后PP/GF复合材料的机械性能得到很好的提高。对一定长玻纤含量PP加入不同含量的阻燃剂后,PP材料的氧指数有了显著的提升。上述结果表明长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料具有良好的机械性能,并且其最佳阻燃性能即氧指数可以通过改变阻燃剂含量来得到。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the long glass fiber content (25%) under the same conditions, different levels of flame retardants for polypropylene (PP) after modification, frontal impact. Universal electronic universal testing machine, respectively by comparison study, different contents of flame retardant effect of mechanical properties of long glass fiber reinforced PP material. After joining the long glass fiber properties of PP , PP material of strength, and hot deformation performance are are has is good of strengthening, this is because long glass fiber itself has is good of machinery performance, by increased capacity agent (PP-g-MAH) increased capacity Hou, makes long glass fiber and PP of interface compatible sexual are better of improve, and by increased capacity processing Hou PP/GF composite of machinery performance are is good of improve. PP for a certain amount of  long glass fiber content after joined flame retardant of different content, oxygen index of  PP materials have been significantly improved. Above shows long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite has good mechanical properties and performance of its best flame-retardant oxygen index can be done by changing the content to be flame retardant.
