摘要:活性炭对重金属铅离子具有一定的吸附作用,但单独的活性炭对铅离子的吸附效率并不十分理想。用明胶在活性炭上涂上一层明胶薄膜,将巯基接在明胶上制成一种新型的巯基材料。用不同的实验条件时间、PH值、干扰离子锌的浓度等来研究这种巯基材料对模拟工业废水中微量铅的处理效果。以此从探究中得出一个巯基材料处理工业废水中微量铅的最佳条件。

实验研究表明:明胶浓度在6g/L时巯基材料上所接巯基络合铅的量达到了最大,当明胶浓度小于6g/L时巯基材料上巯基络合铅的量随着明胶浓度的增大而增大,当明胶浓度大于6g/L时络合铅的量随着明胶浓度的增大而减小;随着铅标液浸泡巯基材料时间的增长巯基材料上巯基络合铅的量慢慢增大,当达到6h时络合铅的量基本不在变化;pH值的变化对巯基材料上巯基络合铅的影响比较大,pH值在5之前巯基材料上巯基络合铅的量随PH值的增大逐渐增大;杂离子锌的存在会影响巯基对铅的络合,当硝酸锌的浓度在1.766ppm以下时巯基材料上巯基对铅的络合率在20%左右,在这之后巯基材料上巯基络合铅的效率随硝酸锌浓度增大逐渐减小。巯基材料上巯基第一次络合铅的吸附率为24.7%,用酸洗脱第一次用过的巯基材料后络合铅的吸附率为16.2%,两次吸附都有明显的效果。

ABSTRACT:Activated carbon adsorption effect on the heavy metal lead ion, but activated carbon adsorption efficiency of lead ion alone is not very ideal. In the activated carbon coated with a layer of gelatin film with gelatin, the thiol made up by a novel sulfhydryl groups in gelatin materials. In different experiment conditions of time, pH, interfering ions, zinc concentration and so on to study the treatment effect of this sulfhydryl materials for trace lead in simulated industrial wastewater. It is concluded that a thiol material handling of trace lead in industrial wastewater by the optimum conditions in inquiry.

   Experimental results show that: the concentration of gelatin in the 6g/L thiol material after sulfhydryl complexation of lead weight reached the maximum when the amount of thiol material, mercapto complex lead gelatin concentration is less than 6g/L increases with the increase of gelatin concentration, when the concentration of gelatin is greater than 6g/L complexation of lead content decreases with increasing the concentration of gelatin; slowly with increasing immersion time lead standard solution of thiol material growth sulfhydryl material sulfhydryl complexing the amount of lead, when reach 6h complexation of the amount of lead in basic not change; influence of pH value on sulfhydryl material mercapto complex lead is relatively large, the value of pH before 5 sulfhydryl material mercapto complex lead with pH it will increase gradually; miscellaneous zinc ion will influence the existence of sulfhydryl on lead complex, when nitrate concentration below the 1.766ppm thiol material sulfhydryl on lead complexation rate at around 20%, decreased gradually after this efficiency sulfhydryl material sulfhydryl complex lead with zinc nitrate concentration increased. Sulfhydryl material first adsorptive complexing lead rate sulfhydryl was 24.7%, with acid eluted first used a thiol material adsorption complex lead rate was 16.2%, the two adsorption has obvious effect.
