摘要:铁电体薄膜,是一类重要的功能薄膜材料,是目前研究的前沿与热点之一,通过其铁电、压电、介电等效应,发挥其在信号存储、转换、调制、开关、传感等应用领域里的作用。本文研究了厚度对铁电共聚物P(VDF-TrFE)、三聚物P(VDF-TrFE-CFE)的反射率及透射率的影响。首先,用垂直提拉涂膜法制备了相应的薄膜(2、4层的2%浓度的共聚物薄膜;2、4层的2%浓度的三聚物薄膜;2、4层的4%浓度的共聚物薄膜;2、4层的4%浓度的三聚物薄膜),然后,通过量子效率测试系统对不同厚度的同种薄膜做了测试,根据结果所得到的反射谱及透射谱分析表明,厚度对P(VDF-TrFE)、P(VDF-TrFE-CFE)薄膜的反射率及透射率基本没有影响。

Abstract:Ferroelectric thin films are a kind of vital functional materials which have been attracted great attention. The ferroelectricity, piezoelectricity, dielectric effect play an important role in the field of the signal storage, conversion, modulation, switch, sensor. This paper is concerntrated on the effect of film thickness on the reflectivity and transmissivity of ferroelectric P (VDF-TrFE) and P (VDF-TrFE-CFE) copolymer thin films. First of all, we prepared the copolymer thin films by vertical pulling coating which have the layers of 2 and 4 and the concentration of 2% for copolymer thin films, have the layers of 2 and 4 and the concentration of 2% for trimer thin films, have the layers of 2 and 4 and the concentration of 4% for copolymer thin films, have the layers of 2 and 4 and the concentration of 4% for trimer thin films. Secondly, according to the results of the reflection spectrum and transmission spectrum analysis, the effect of film thickness on the reflectivity and transmissivity of P (VDF-TrFE) and P (VDF-TrFE-CFE) thin films is uncertained.
