摘要:调直技术作为一种精整技术,在工业发展史上占有重要地位。随着调直理论的不断成熟,调直的精度和效率得到了很大的提高。调直时使用的机器称为调直机,包括压力调直机、平行辊调直机、斜辊调直机、旋转反弯式调直机、拉伸与拉弯调直机。这几种调直机目前的设计与制造都比较成熟,在许多行业得到了广泛的应用,特别是对调直精度和效率要求都非常高的钢铁行业,调直机的更新与发展更为快速,对推动调直理论的完善与进步起到了非常大的作用。

   转毂式斜辊式调直机适用于调直线材,其结构简单,操作方便,调直精度高。本文主要研究了小直径钢筋调直机的设计,在使用调直理论经验公式的基础上设计等距双曲线辊型,并在调直理论的指导下设计调直机的结构,计算比较简单,技术成熟度高,特别适用于建筑工地的小直径钢筋调直。

ABSTRACT:Straightening technology as a finishing technology, occupies an important position in the history of industrial development. With the straightening theory continues to mature, straightening precision and efficiency has been greatly improved. Straightening machine used is called straightening machine, including pressure straightening machine, parallel roller straightening machine, oblique roll straightening machines, rotary trans curved straightening machine, tensile and bending straightener. Currently these types of straightening machine design and manufacturing are more mature in many industries has been widely used, especially in a straight swap accuracy and efficiency requirements are very high in iron and steel industry, straightening machine updates and more rapid development, Straightening theory in promoting the improvement and advancement has played a very big role.

   Rotating hub oblique roll straightening machine for straight tone wood, its simple structure, convenient operation, high precision straightening. This paper studies the small-diameter steel straightening machine design, the use of straightening theoretical empirical formula based on the design isometric hyperbolic roll and straightening designed under the guidance of theory straightening machine structure calculation is relatively simple, mature technology and high, especially for small-diameter construction site bar straightening.
