摘  要:蚕豆作为一种绿色健康的蔬菜在我国被广泛种植,目前,蚕豆播种机已同花生、玉米等播种机结合,成为多功能的播种机,尤其在平原地区。但是适用于西南稻茬田的蚕豆播种机却没有问世,稻茬田因前茬种植水稻的关系使得土壤粘着性较大,难以实现翻耕再播种的过程。本设计针对这一缺口拟设计一款适应稻茬田或土壤粘着性较大的蚕豆播种机。主要特点如下:第一、结合稻茬田特点选择适合的执行机构-凸轮机构;第二、按要求设计凸轮的结构尺寸使凸轮旋转推动推杆运动来完成播种作业;第三、根据受力特点设计计算工作机输出轴的尺寸;第四、结合轴的转速设计出按一定规律运动的排种器,以实现自动排种并能保证较小的漏播率。该蚕豆播种机每完成一次播种用时2s,完成播种量为两行四列共八颗。该播种机不仅代替了人力播种导致的种子浪费、不均匀现象,还大大提高了播种效率,减少了浪费,为农业生产赢得最佳的播种时节。

ABSTRACT:Broad bean,as a kind of green healthy vegetables are widely planted in our country,at present,the broad bean seeder with peanuts and corn seeder,become a multifunctional seeder,especially in plain area. But is suitable for the southwest rice stubble field of broad bean seeder has not come out,rice field due to the former crops planting rice relationship makes soil viscosity is bigger,difficult to achieve the process of ploughing and sowing. This design aimed at the gap intends to design a adaptive rice stubble field or soil viscosity larger broad bean seeder. Main features are as follows: the first combining with the characteristics of rice stubble field choose suitable actuator - CAM mechanism; Second CAM is designed according to the requirement of structure size make the CAM rotation driven push rod movement to finish planting operation; The third design calculations according to mechanical characteristics machine the size of the output shaft; Fourth combined shaft speed is designed according to certain rules of movement of the device,in order to realize the automatic metering and smaller leak seeding rate is guaranteed. The broad bean seeder once every complete sowing takes 2 s,completion rate for the two lines of four columns at the eight. The planter is not only to replace the human waste caused by sowing seeds,uneven phenomenon,but also greatly improving the seeding efficiency,reduces the waste,and win the best sowing season for agricultural production.
