摘  要:顾名思义,多功能切菜机是一种可将多种根茎叶类蔬菜切制成多种样式的机器。第一个设计的重点便是它的多功能,其多功能体现在两个方面,一方面是能切的蔬菜种类多样,如茎叶类蔬菜中的青菜、白菜、芹菜、四季豆、甘豆等,根茎类蔬菜中的土豆、番茄、红萝卜、大蒜、黄瓜、洋葱等都能进行切制;另一方面体现在能切出菜型的多样化,如生活中一般需要用到的片、块、丝、条、丁、段、末等菜式都能在该机器上实现。

   另一个设计重点是实现该机构在体积和质量上有所减轻,合理的设计内部结构是减轻体积和质量最重要的因素。

   多功能切菜机的内部结构设计框架大体如下:首先由电动机输出动力,然后通过一个简易的变速机构,该机构是由电机主轴通过带传动带动两个可调式皮带轮,中间加上一张紧轮构成,通过调节可调带轮轮径来达到改变速度的目的。通过简易的变速机构将其动力分为三条,第一:变速机构连接输出轴输出水平动力,通过一组标准直齿圆柱齿轮达到减速目的,再由一组标准直齿圆锥齿轮改变轴向力,将水平动力传递成竖直动力,由链传动将动力提供给传送带,实现传送带的运动;第二:变速机构连接输出轴输出水平动力,通过一组标准直齿圆锥齿轮将水平轴力传递到竖直方向,然后带动平面偏心轮连杆机构将往复运动传递给竖刀,实现竖刀的往复运动;第三:简易变速机构连接输出轴输出水平动力,输出轴另一端与带轮连接,通过带传动将动力传递给离心圆盘刀具,实现刀具回转。

   通过以上运动路线的分析,需要对直齿轮、锥齿轮、齿轮轴、带传动、链传动、刀具、偏心轮连杆机构分别设计。

ABSTRACT:As the name implies, Qiecai machine is a kind of can be a variety of roots and leaves of vegetables cut into a variety of styles machine. The first design is the focus of many of its functions, its function is reflected in two aspects, one is able to cut the vegetable species, such as leaf vegetables in the cabbage, celery, cabbage, sauteed green beans, sweet beans, root vegetables, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, garlic cucumber, onion can be cut; on the other hand reflected cut out diversified food type in the can, such as life in general need to use film, block, wire, strip, Ding, segment, the dishes can be realized on the machine.

    Another key is to achieve the decrease in volume and quality, design the reasonable internal structure is to reduce the volume and quality of the most important factors.

    The internal structure of the design framework Qiecai machine is as follows: firstly by the motor output power, and then through a simple stepless speed change mechanism, the mechanism is composed of main shaft of the motor through a belt drive two adjustable belt wheel, by adjusting the belt pulley wheel diameter to achieve the purpose of changing speed. The stepless speed change mechanism will power is divided into three parts, the first: stepless speed change mechanism is connected to the output shaft power output level; second: without extremely gearshift mechanism is connected with the output shaft power output level, through a set of standard straight bevel gear will transfer horizontal axial force to the vertical direction, and then drive the plane eccentric linkage reciprocating movement of the transfer to the vertical knife, reciprocating vertical knife; third: stepless speed change mechanism is connected with the output shaft, the output shaft is connected with a belt pulley, the belt transmission to transmit power to the centrifugal disc cutter, realize rotary cutting tool.

   Through the above analysis of the movement route, need to design the gear, bevel gear, gear shaft,  chain drive,the eccentric wheel connecting rod mechanism.
