摘  要:上世纪80年代左右 ,我国铅冶炼行业对电铅生产的主要工艺装备进行了重点的技术改造 ,成功研制出了铅阳极铸型联动线 、铅阴极片制作联动线 ,完善了引进的铅铸锭联动线 ,从而彻底改变了我国电铅生产人工操作的落后状况。尽管如此 ,我国电铅生产的主要技术经济指标较国际先进水平仍有差距 ,主要表现在劳动生产率低 、能耗高等 。因此 ,采用高效 、低耗的大型设备对国内电铅生产的现有装备进行改造逐渐引起业内人士关注。

   本文该设备属于内蒙古呼伦贝尔驰宏锌锗股份公司电铅生产线上设备之一,设备在阴极制造工艺生产线上,完成阴极片与铜棒夹紧的工序。其动作包括夹紧、穿孔和顶松,然后由倾斜输送机输送到下一道工序。该设备由国外引进,目前要进行国产化,具有引进、消化吸收国外先进技术意义。

Abstract:Around the 1980 s, China's lead smelting industry of electricity lead production focuses on the main process equipment in the technical reformation,Successfully developed lead anode casting line, lead cathode slice production line,Improve the introduction of lead ingot casting line, thus completely change the backward status of electricity lead production manual operation.In spite of this, our country electric lead in the main technical economic indicators compared with the international advanced level there is still a gap,Main show is in the low labor productivity, high energy consumption.Therefore, adopting the high efficiency, low consumption of large equipment in the domestic existing equipment of the electrical lead in transforming gradually caused great concern in the industry.

   In this paper, the equipment belongs to Inner Mongolia hulun buir chi macro electric lead zinc and germanium co production line equipment, one of the equipment on the cathode manufacturing production line, complete the cathode piece with copper bar clamping process.Its actions include clamping, perforation and loose, then the tilt conveyor conveying to the next procedure. The equipment imported from abroad, at present to be localization, has the meaning of introducing, digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology.
