摘 要:注塑模具,是以特定的结构形式通过一定的方式使材料成型的一种工业产品,同时也是能成批生产出具有一定形状和尺寸要求的工业产品零部件的一种生产工具。设计过程包括设计准备、塑件设计、模具设计、装配图及零件图的绘制和毕业设计论文的完成等五个环节。其中,塑件设计和模具设计是其中的重要环节。因此,本文主要叙述了设计方案的确定、塑件设计及模架的调用及注塑机的选择、脱模推出机构的设计等等。这一系列的设计环节都离不开CAD/CAE技术的应用,这样将有助于切入问题的核心,避免不必要错误的造成。

   本次设计的产品对象为消防工具中最常用的灭火器筒座注塑模具,借助于CATIA/CAD/CAM软件,完成了灭火器筒座塑胶成品的设计、一模一腔的型腔型芯工作部分、斜导槽侧抽芯机构、顶出机构、冷却系统等完整的模具结构设计,特别是在设计侧抽芯机构过程中,通过运算与对比解决了斜导槽侧抽芯机构与顶出系统之间的干涉问题。所完成模具设计技术文件质量可靠,完整规范。

ABSTRACT: Injection mold,Is a specific form of structure through certain way makes material molding of a kind of industrial products,At the same time also can batch production have a certain shape and size requirements of industrial products parts a production tools。Design process including design preparation, parts design, mold design, assembly drawing and part drawing and the drawing complete five links such as graduation design thesis。Among them,Plastic parts design and die design is the important link。So,This paper mainly describes the determination of design scheme, design of plastic parts and die set call and of the design on the choice of injection molding machine, stripping, and so on。This series of design links are inseparable from the application of CAD/CAE technology,This will help to cut to the core of the problem, avoid unnecessary mistakes。

   The graduation design of the product is a fire tools most commonly used in fire extinguisher cylinder injection mold,By using CATIA CAD/CAM software,Completed the fire extinguisher cylinder of plastic product design, one module and one cavity mold core working parts, the inclined guide pillar side core-pulling mechanism, the ejection mechanism, cooling system, etc. The complete the mould structure design, Especially in the process of design of side core-pulling mechanism,Through arithmetic of trigonometric function and correlation has solved the inclined guide pillar side core-pulling mechanism and the interference between ejector system,Successfully completed the scheduled tasks Documents complete mold design technology are of good quality, complete specifications。
