摘要

本文首先简单概述了电动车窗在国内外的发展,以电动车窗取代了传统的手摇车窗,随后介绍了旧款车型的控制电路,引出了容易被夹的安全问题以及容易被盗的隐患,应该要被另一种新型电路来取代,以实现人们对舒适性与安全性的期望。

新款的电动车窗控制电路与旧电路相比,不仅延续了其简单的原理,而且提出了利用先进的芯片技术来控制车窗,并按照实际所需选择了TLC2543 作为MICU 的芯片部分,详细解释加入芯片后的车窗电路的控制原理,实现了更有利于人与车的防夹功能。同时设定了汽车软硬件,通过分析内部芯片的变化情况,检测出车窗的运行状态,即当有物品被夹时,芯片内部就会接收到变化信号,车窗电机会自动采取反转动作,使车窗下降一段距离,从而确保乘员的安全,避免夹伤事故的发生。

新款电路不单有防夹功能,而且当有人离车熄火后,车窗会自动关闭,保证了驾驶员不会因为疏忽,忘记关窗而造成损失。所以介绍了几种车窗自动关闭器,人们应该以实际的需要相应作出选择。在最后,总结了电动车窗电路的特点,并对以后电动车窗的控制电路作出展望。

Abstract

This article first briefly Summarizes the development of power windows in the domestic foreign, with electric windows replaced the traditional hand-type windows, then introduced the older models of the control circuit, leads to the security problems of easily be caught and the hidden dangers of easily be stolen, should be replaced by another new circuit, to achieve the people's comfort and safety expectations.

The new power window control circuit, compared with the old circuit, not only the continuation of its simple principle, but also proposed the use of advanced chip technology to control the window, and according to the actual requirements of the chip,select the TLC2543 as a part of the MICU . Resolve the principle of the window control circuit after adding chip in detail, to achieve more useful function as the anti-pinch to people and cars. At the same time, the car is set in hardware and software, by analyzing the changes in the internal chip to detect the operation state of the window, that is when items are caught, the chip will receive internal changes in the signal, power windows will automatically reverse, then take action to fall short of the windows to ensure the safety of the crew, to avoid crushing in the accident.

The new circuit is not only have the anti-pinch function, and when people turn off from the car, the windows will automatically shut down to ensure that the driver forgot to lock the window because of negligence resulting in the loss will not happen. So introduced several windows automatically close device, it should be based on actual need to make a choice accordingly. In the end, summed up the characteristics of the power windows circuit, and on the prospects for control circuit of power windows for future.
