摘要:塑料模具越来越广泛的应用于当今社会的各个方面,我们生活中的很多东西,如电脑、手机、饮料瓶、台灯、电动车、水盆、家用电器等都属于模具产业的产品,社会的发展离不开它,我们的吃穿住行同样也离不开它。

在日常生活中,插座在家用电器的应用中是必不可少的器具,然而由于插座处于电器枢纽的中心,常常会因超负荷使用、材料性能指标低等原因而引发安全问题的发生,因而研究插座底座的加工工艺和模具设计有着重要的价值和意义。

   本次毕业设计是以插座底座为研究对象,主要内容包括以下几个方面:

   (1) 从塑件的几何形状、结构、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度、对插座底座加以分析,并确定塑件采用的材料。

   (2) 确定注射机型号并对注射机参数进行校核;通过确定型腔数目、型腔分布、型腔分型面设计确定塑件在模具中的位置。

   (3) 介绍了浇注系统和冷却系统的设计,对主流道、分流道、浇口、拉料杆、排气系统从结构形式、尺寸等方面进行设计;分析导向机构的功用,对导柱进行选用;对模具有关尺寸进行计算。

   (4) 最后绘制完整的模具装配总图和主要的模具零件图并对其工作过程加以分析。

   本次设计中除使用传统方法外,还应用了CAD、UG等软件进行塑件分析和绘图。在有限的时间里完成了插座底座的注塑模具设计,并完成了重要零件图和装备图的绘制,达到了预期的设计意图。最后是对本设计的总结,主要对设计过程回顾,以及本设计的创新和不足之处的总结。

ABSTRACT:Plastic mold more and more widely used in various aspects of today's society, a lot of things in our lives, such as computers, mobile phones, bottles, lamps, electric cars, basins, household appliances and so on are the product of the mold industry, and Community not develop without it, our clothing, housing, also can not do without it.

   In daily life, the outlet in the application of household appliances is essential appliances outlet in the electrical center of the hub, however, often due to overload, low material performance reasons lead to security problems occur, thus study socket base processing and mold design has an important value and significance.

   The graduation project is the socket base for the study, the main contents include the following aspects:

   (1) From the plastic parts of the geometry, structure, dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, the socket base to analyze and determine the plastic parts of the materials used.

   (2) To determine the model of the injection molding machine and injection machine parameters for checking; by determining the cavity number, the cavity distribution cavity parting surface design to determine the location of the plastic parts in the mold.

   (3) The design of gating system and cooling system on main channel, the shunt, gate, pulling rod, exhaust system from the structure, size and other aspects of design; analyze the function of the guide mechanism, the guide pin selection; the mold size is calculated.

   (4) Finally, draw the complete mold assembly drawing and the main mold parts diagram.

   In addition to using traditional methods in the design, application software such as CAD, UG Injection mold design for a limited time to complete the socket base, and complete important parts diagrams and equipment mapping to achieve the desired design intent. Finally, a summary of the design, review the design process, as well as design innovation and inadequacies in the summary.
