摘要:随着汽车工业的发展,以及国家的经济型社会、节约型经济的政策、可持续发展战略等,自动化立体停车设备的发展将是大势所趋。

   近年来,立体车库市场迅猛发展,采用灵活的传输设备以及可靠的控制系统是实现自动化立体车库的关键,是立体车库管理进入智能化、科学化、一体化的智能管理阶段。立体车库的生产在中国是新型行业,立体车库可缓解城市动、静态交通问题,改善居住环境,有效利用土地资源。

   该设计逐一论述了课题的来源、目的、意义及在设计过程中遇到的问题和解决方法与措施。该文详细介绍了有轨堆垛立体车库的整体结构设计理论和堆垛机行走机构的设计,以及横向移动运输机构的设计。其中重点放在了行走机构的设计和PLC编程上,在进行行走机构的设计时,主要是通过对行走机构的传动方案的选取,由运行阻力决定行走电机的选取,由速度比决定减速器的选取。此外,还对垂直提升机构和横向运输机构进行了详细的设计。在根据设计要求对各部件初步选型后,都进行了校核,保证了选择的合理性。本次设计的巷道堆垛立体车库性能良好、动作灵活、操作方便、故障率低、维护简单方便,满足了需要。

This article detailed the position of the whole structure of stacking three-dimensional garage design theory and stacker walks the organization design, and lateral movement transportation design of organization.
