摘要:水在电厂中担负的角色是非常重要的,能清洗装置,也能使运行发热的设备冷却下来。所以,水的质量就显得很重要了。在全球,水越来越少,浪费也是特别的严重,能用的水越来越少,并且,在火电厂中,用水又用的特别厉害,所以有必要设计一种先进的控制系统,这样才能有效的节约水资源。

   电厂的水处理流程包括水的初步净化,除去杂质和进一步的化学水处理,除去离子,经过这样处理的水,就是纯净的并且也是能为电厂所用的。水的初步过滤部分采用了高端的机械过滤器,这项设备具有很高的自动化,方便操作人员的操控,不管是加药还是清洗都是很方便的。在除盐部分包括了两个部分,反渗透除盐部分和离子交换除盐部分。反渗透充分利用了膜的反渗透技术,能够很好的除盐。这是一项物理除盐方法,具有传统水处理不具有的优点。离子交换除盐是利用离子交换树脂在阳床、阴床和混床部分进行化学除盐。这些步骤通过上位机计算机和下位机PLC的配合形成一个控制系统,这个系统具有很高的自动化程度,可以控制多个发电机组的水处理装置。这样既减少了操作人员的工作量,又提高了电厂的自动化水平。这种水处理系统将成为一种必然的趋势。

Abstract:The water plays a very important role in the production process of thermal power generation, so chemical water treatment plays a very important role in the process of generation. Water resources are very scarce, and the thermal power plant uses a lot of water. So it is very important for the rational use of water and developing a kind of advanced control system design.

   The process of the water treatment contained water purification, out impurities and chemical water further treatment. The water with deionizing water was pure and was also what we could use for power plant. It introduced the design of a control system for chemical water treatment about PLC. Through the process and the functions of PLC control system of chemical water treatment, I designed a detailed design scheme. The power plant water treatment included water preliminary treatment and chemical water treatment. The water could meet the requirements of water power plant. The part of filtering water preliminarily used mechanical filter high-end. The device was high automation, whether dosing or cleaning was very convenient. In addition to salt part included two parts, reverse osmosis except salt and ion exchange. Reverse osmosis made full use of the reverse osmosis membrane. It was a method of moving salt. It had the advantages of the traditional water treatment do not have. These steps formed a control system by computer and PLC. So the water treatment system will become an inevitable trend.
