摘要:工厂供电,就是指工厂所需电能的供应和分配,亦称工厂配电。电能是工厂的主要能源和动力,做好工厂供电对于实现生产过程自动化,增加产量,提高产品质量,提高劳动生产效率,降低生产成本有着极其重要的意义。

   针对我校目前情况,工学院学生每年都要外出实习,不仅要耗费大量资金而且给学校和学生造成许多麻烦,因此工学院应该建设自己的实习工厂。工厂实习的意义在于,使学生掌握供配电系统的管理和运行技能,为学生今后从事供配电技术工作奠定基础。

   结合本专业相关知识,如《工厂供电》、《电力系统继电保护》等,能进行设计的为该实习工厂的供配电系统的电气设计。初步的设计思路是:首先是对实习工厂的负荷进行计算并且设计功率补偿装置;根据计算的负荷再选取合适的变压器,并确定主接线方案;其次再进行短路电流的计算进行一次设备的选型;然后对变压器和线路进行了继电保护的整定和计算;最后对变配电所接地电气装置进行了简单的设计。

Abstract:The factory power supply, is refers to the factory for electricity supply and distribution, also known as the factory distribution. Electric energy is the main plant energy and power, to power plant for the realization of the production process automation, increase production, improve product quality, improve labor productivity, reduce the production cost is very important.

   According to our current situation, college student every year to go practice, not only to spend a considerable amount of money but also for schools and students to cause a lot of trouble, the institute should build their own internship factory. Factory practice significance lies in, to enable students to master the distribution system for management and operation skills, for the students engaged in technical work laid the foundation for distribution.

   Combined with the professional knowledge, such as" power plant"," electric power system relay protection", can be designed as the practice facility for distribution of the electrical system design. Preliminary design train of thought is: first is to practice factory load was calculated and the design of power compensation device; based on the calculation of the load to choose an appropriate transformers, and to determine the main wiring scheme; and secondly to short-circuit current calculation for a selection of the equipment; and then on the transformer and the circuit of relay protection and calculating; at the end of the substation grounding of electrical apparatus are a simple design.
