摘  要:血液透析是对慢性肾功能不全的患者进行长期治疗的一种方法,其治疗过程就是通过血液与透析液之间的溶液弥散和超滤来清除患者血液中的代谢所产生的废物和毒素,从而调整人体内的水电解质平衡、酸碱平衡。因此,用于配置透析液的水必须是符合医用治疗标准的反渗透水,即医用纯水,高品质的医用纯水是患者生命健康的保障。  

   随着工业技术的发展以及人们对健康质量的越来越重视,血液透析疗法对纯水的水质要求也越来越高,导致需求量也日益增加,在水处理控制系统开发研究中,当今现有的控制设备已经不能满足今后的发展需求,必须进行大量的技术升级。为了满足需求,本论文提出了解决产水质量、运行成本、运行可靠、实施智能控制的方案。

   本设计系统采用反渗透(R0)设备,配置了可编程控制器(PLC),构成透析用水处理的自动化控制系统。在本系统中对原水处理主要是采用二级反渗透工艺,控制上采用三菱FX-2N实现自动控制,从而完成对系统过程中参数的监测,各个工作状态的控制和功能的切换,以及报警的监测等。然后介绍了本设计系统的硬件的选型,包括各种变送器的选型;控制阀门的选型;和某些动作开关的选型;PLC及相关模块的选型。其次列出了本设计系统的I/O分配情况和编程了相关工作状态的控制和切换的程序指令。在本设计系统中对于纯水生产的工作状态设定了正常产水,水箱供水,待机三个工作状态,并且这三个功能模块相互作用。

ABSTRACT:Hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure is a long duration of treatment, the treatment process is to remove metabolic waste and toxins in the blood of patients by solution dispersion and ultrafiltration between the blood and dialysate, adjust the body of water and electrolyte balance, acid-base balance. Therefore, the configuration of dialysate water must be consistent with the reverse osmosis water treatment standards, that is pure, pure quality is the patient's health and life assurance.

   With the development of industrial technology, people pay attention to the health quality of hemodialysis therapy, the requirements of water of pure water is more and more high, demand is growing, in the control system of the development of water treatment, the existing equipment can not meet the development needs of the future, must be a lot of technological innovation. In order to meet the demand, this paper proposes to solve the water quality, operation cost, reliable operation, the realization of intelligent control scheme.

   Reverse osmosis advanced the design system (R0) device, and the configuration of the programmable logic controller (PLC), constitute the dialysis treatment automatic control system with pure water. In the system of water treatment is mainly uses two reverse osmosis process, control the use of Mitsubishi FX-2N to achieve automatic control, so as to complete the detection of the parameters of the system in the process of control, switching between each state and mutual and alarm monitoring. Then introduced the selection of the design of system hardware, including selection of various transmitter; selection control valve; and the selection of some action switch; PLC and related modules selection. Secondly, a list of I/O distribution and programming of the system design program instruction related working state control and switching. In the design of the system for pure water production of the work of the state set the normal production of water, water supply, standby three working state, and the three function module interaction.
