摘  要:在高速公路行驶车辆风能回收发电系统中,放置于公路两侧的垂直轴风力发电机是该系统的核心。为了使发电机能够更好地运作,得到相对高的发电效率。需要对发电机的运行参数进行测量。

   本课题是以STC15F2K32S2单片机为核心控制器,由霍尔传感器、RS232以及FM12864-12L液晶显示器等器件组成并采用C语言编程设计的一款简易的垂直轴风力发电机运行数据记录仪。该系统可以相对精确地测量风力发电机运行时的各个参数,如风轮转速,输出电压和电流以及风速。详细介绍了单片机的数据测量系统以及PC机与单片机之间的串行通讯,充分发挥了单片机的性能。能直观地显示所测量的数据。

   硬件电路简单,软件功能相对完善,控制系统可靠以及性价比高是该系统的最大特点。

ABSTRACT:In highway vehicle energy recovery power generation system, vertical axis wind turbines placed on both sides of the road is the core of the system. In order to make the generator can operate better, get power efficiency is relatively high. Need to run parameters of the generator were measured.

In this paper is based on the STC15F2K40S2 MCU as the core controller, sensor, by Holzer RS232 and FM12864-12L liquid crystal display devices and C programming language used to design a simple vertical axis wind turbine run data recorder. The system can measure various parameters relative wind generators accurately when the wind wheel rotation speed, and the wind speed, the output voltage and current. Introduces the serial communication between data acquisition system of MCU and PC and single chip microcomputer, give full play to the MCU performance. The measured data can be displayed visually.

The hardware circuit is simple, the software function is relatively perfect, the control system is reliable and high performance price ratio is the biggest feature of the system.
