摘要:直接转矩控制技术是继矢量控制技术之后发展起来的一种新型、高性能变频调速技术。它省去了复杂的矢量变化,克服了矢量控制系统对电机转子参数的依赖性,响应快、控制结构简单、易于实现全数字化。

   本文介绍了异步电机直接转矩控制的基本原理和系统的基本构成。在此基础上,通过Matlab/Simulink建立了各个模块的仿真模型,构建了直接转矩控制仿真系统,既利用空间矢量的分析方法,同时在定子坐标系下计算和控制交流电动机的磁链和转矩,直接跟踪定子磁链和转矩,并采用定子磁场定向,借助于离散的两点式(Band-Band控制)产生PWM信号,对逆变器的开关状态进行最佳控制,以获得高动态性能的转矩响应。通过直接改变影响电动机性能的磁链滞环调节器和转矩滞环调节器的参数,实现了对电动机的直接转矩的控制。通过对仿真结果分析表明直接转矩控制技术对异步电机速度控制是可行的和可靠的。

Abstract:The Direct Torque Control(DTC)following the Vector Control is a new type and high-performance technology. Compared with Vector Control Which has complicated coordinate transformation and strong dependency of parameters, the DTC technique of induction motors is known to have a simple control structure,fast torque responses and easy to implement.

  The basic principle and structure of DTC have been introduced.The whole DTC simulation system is realized based on Matlab/simulink platform.the method of Park vector is used. The signal of PWM is bulit by dint of the discrete band-band adjustment in order to control optimally the state of the switches of inverter and get dynamic and static response of the optimal system. The motor by changing the parameters of flux chain hysteresis regulartor and torque hydteresis regulartor to achieve DTC is controlled.Getting and analysing the chart by simulating to confirmation the validity and reliability of DTC.
