摘要:XX学院校园广播是一个人工控制的播音系统,广播系统是我校不可缺少的基础设施和重要传媒平台之一,虽然近几年来视频技术和网络技术在飞速的发展,但广播系统仍以它的实用性、经济性和便捷性被各大中院校所采用。

   然而传统的校园广播基本都是采用模拟音源,人工播放、人工管理的工作方式,不能播放现代数字格式(MP3、WAV)音频文件,无法实现音源数字化、播放管理自动化,有时还会因人员操作失误或者延时操作,影响到学校的正常作息时间和工作安排。

   为了解决这些问题,本文从传统校园广播存在的缺陷出发,提出了一种基于PC机的校园作息音乐广播自控系统的设计方案,作为一种新颖实用的绿色环保型现代教育装备。在这里,我们以PC机及声卡为核心,借助PC机的强大的数据处理和管理能力,研制一块基于PC总线的控制卡,通过采用8255A、数字电位器等接口芯片,借助PC机内部的定时计数器,自动控制音频信号传输,配合软件实现对广播系统的定时开机、关机、音乐播放及音量的自动控制,全面将学校作息、课间播音、校园广播通知等广播活动纳入自动化管理中,从而实现校园作息音乐的自动定时播放。

ABSTRACT:The Honghe University campus radio is an artificially controlled broadcast system, broadcasting system is the indispensable infrastructure and the important media platform, although in recent years one of video technology and network technology in the rapid development, but broadcasting system with its practicability, still the big economy and convenient is unitary resource use. 

  However, the traditional campus radio basic are using analog audio source, artificially broadcast, artificially management way of working and will not play modern digital format (MP3, WAV) audio files, cannot achieve audio digital, played management automation, sometimes for personnel operating mistakes or delay operation, affect the normal school schedules and work schedule. 

  In order to solve these problems, this article from the defects of traditional campus radio, based on a kind of PC routine music radio control of campus design scheme of the system, as a kind of novel and practical modern education of green environmental protection equipment. Here, with our PCS and sound card as the core, with the PC powerful data processing and management ability, and develop a PC bus-based control card, by adopting such 8255A, digital potentiometer, with the help of PC interface chip internal timing counter, automatic control audio signal transmission, cooperate to broadcast system software realization start up and shut the timing of the music playback and volume, automatic control, comprehensive routine, the break will school campus radio broadcasts, broadcast activities into notice, so as to realize the automation management in routine music automatic timing campus broadcast.
