摘 要:目的  建立工作场所空气中同时检测11种挥发性有机物的加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱法。

方法  11种挥发性有机物用活性炭采样,加速溶剂萃取法萃取后,用DB-1-30M毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。

结果  11种有机化合物的检出限在0.274~16.102ug;相关系数在0.9996~0.9998之间;RSD为0.48%~2.1%;平均解吸效率为76%~100%。

结论  该方法灵敏度高,适用于空气中挥发性有机物的测定。加速溶剂萃取法可以提高回收率。

Abstract: Objective  To set up an accelerated solvent extraction- gas chromatography method to determine 11 kinds of volatile organic compounds in the air of workplace simultaneously. 

   Method  11 kinds of volatile organic compounds were sampled by activated carbon. After extracted by accelerated solvent extraction method, they were separated by B - 1-30 m capillary chromatographic column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector.

   Results  The detection limit of 11 kinds of organic compounds in the  range of 0.274 ~ 16.102 ug. The correlation coefficients were between 0.9996 ~ 0.9998. RSDs were between 0.48% ~ 2.1%. Average desorption efficiency was in the range of 76% ~ 100%.

   Conclusion  This method is sensitive and suitable for the determination of volatile organic compounds in the air. Accelerated solvent extraction method can improve the recovery rate.
