ABSTRACT:Corporate culture contains the core value of a company. It is the soul of an enterprise. Corporate culture is also a significant symbol of measuring cohesive force of a company. Harmonious corporate culture serves as an important source of sustainable development of an enterprise. It is indispensable in constructing harmonious labor relations, enhancing the core competitiveness as well as innovation.

   The thesis aims at exploring inevitabilities and possibilities of constructing harmonious corporate culture on the basis of previous studies. The author will also analyze solutions of constructing harmonious corporate culture and it significance in view of connotation, system, concept and innovation.

摘要:企业文化承载了一个企业得核心价值观,是一个企业的灵魂,衡量一个企业凝聚力向心力的重要标志。和谐企业文化是一个企业可持续发展的重要源泉,对于企业创新,构建和谐劳资关系,提升企业核心竞争力具有重要意义。

   本文在前人研究的基础上总结构建和谐企业文化的必要性与可行性。从和谐企业文化的内涵,体制,理念,创新等方面具体探讨如何构建和谐企业文化以及其对于企业发展的重要意义。

   Construction of harmonious corporate cultures is a long and complex process. Every detail should be regarded seriously. Construction of any culture is the combination of value, morality and standard of behavior. All aspects should be paid attention to. While caring for details, enterprises should also pay attention to the whole picture. It is remembered that construction of harmonious corporate cultures would not be done overnight. The process of building harmonious corporate cultures needs to be carried out step by step. The essence of harmonious corporate cultures focuses on harmonious concepts, including “People-oriented” principle and the principle of innovation etc. though emphasizing on harmony, discrepancies should not be discarded. Discrepancies are embraced by companies to stand out in the field. On the one hand, corporate leaders should maintain the right direction and intensity of regulation. Employees are encouraged to get rid of old ideas positively and strengthen their awareness of innovation.

   Indeed, construction of a certain corporate culture can never be separated from financial support. Without strong financial support, building harmonious corporate cultures will be a river without headwaters, a tree without roots. Thus, when constructing harmonious corporate cultures, enterprises should not leave profits aside. Under the support of adequate funds, construction of harmonious corporate culture will be guaranteed.
