Abstract：As the foreign banks entered China’s financial services industry, they would impact the market structure with their assets in good condition, services with high quality and mature management. Before their entry, Chinese state commercial banks have been protected by the governmental policy for a long time, which caused their unsatisfactory operation condition and behindhand management. Here, this thesis focuses on the status quo of state commercial banks and foreign banks, and it points out the gap between state commercial banks and foreign banks and research in the impacts arose by the foreign banks, finally, it also puts forward some measures from macroscopic aspect to microscopic aspect, which include governmental behaviors, reform of system, transformation of operation and reform of personnel system. In this way, Chinese state commercial banks would certainly be capable to the mutual competitions.

中文摘要：外资银行进入中国金融服务业市场，其优良的资产状况和良好的服务质量及成熟的管理机制必将对市场结构和格局产生一连串的影响。在此之前，我国国有商业银行长期处于国家的保护政策之下，经营情况不容乐观，管理手段也比较落后。本文通过分析国有银行和外资银行的现状，指出国有银行与外资银行的差距，研究外资银行对中国银行业的影响，最后从宏观到微观提出了几点应对措施其中包括政府行为，体制改革，业务改革，人事改革等。只有坚持改革，不断提高，国有商业银行才能在竞争中与外资银行共创辉煌。
