Cultural Differences in Business Negotiation and Strategies to the Influence

 

摘 要

    本文试图研究商务谈判中的中西文化差异及其对策:一,了解商务谈判在商务活动中的重要性;二,讨论中西方可能在谈判桌上出现的文化差异;三,提出策略在谈判中取得成功。本文旨在了解文化差异,培养文化差异意识,谋求谈判中取得成功。

Abstract

   This thesis runs its systematic discussion on the cultural differences between China and western countries in business negotiation and strategies to them with three main parts: first, to understand the significance of business negotiation in  business activities; second, to discusse the cultural differences that may appear when people from China and western countries come to meet at the negotiating table; third, to bring about strategies to make a successful negotiation. The purpose of this thesis is to make people understand the cultural differences, cultivate people's cultural awareness and achieve success in business negotiation.
