Abstract

 

This article is based on the theory of second language acquisition research, comprehensive comprehension in the field of professional learning, starting from their own experience, analyzes the current students in the university four years should play what role, exercise the effort and direction. Can be reached in various fields from normal growth sufficient teachers' skills, doing well the preparation work of pre-service teachers

Normal education is the starting point of teacher professional development, as students we have more feeling the importance of pre-service education, focus on the early learning experience, the teaching activities, organized activities, and evaluate information from significant others. It is responsible for self-education and induction of education. This paper, based on the case of preliminary teacher educators, need to do in terms of the effort, and their interaction between the teaching educators and the vital significance.
