摘要:二战后，美国经济飞速发展，并确立了世界霸主地位。与此同时，信息产业出现并发展，在人们的日常生活中发挥着不可替代的作用。汽车在社会的普及缩短了城市与郊区的距离，便利了人们的日常生活。除了科学技术的进步，联邦政府出台的一席了政策在某种程度上加速了郊区化的进程。从历史的角度看，郊区化速度的加快对美国社会及郊区发展产生了不同的影响。一方面，郊区化进程的加快促进了郊区经济的繁荣。另一方面，郊区化导致了郊区土地资源紧张和环境问题等。越来越多的中产阶级移居到郊区，这一趋势不仅导致了土地资源紧张与浪费，还造成了郊区房价上涨等问题。调查促成因素并且为其他国家提供借鉴是研究的意义所在。搜集并对比数据后，不难看出促成郊区化的因素具有多样性，动态性等特征。随着时代的改变而改变。毋庸置疑，郊区化是城市发展的一个必然趋势。
