Abstract:Early childhood is a key period of intelligence and language development in life. Therefore, parents should pay special attention to this critical period. Early education can improve the learning effects and develop the potential of the kids. In this period, giving the stimulation of the English and Chinese languages can not only promote the coordination between the two brain hemispheres, but also strengthen the contact between nerve cells.

By using the ways such as questionnaires, interview and classroom observation, this research took Xianyang My Gym English early education institution as the investigation object. The investigation showed that the training system for teachers was not perfect, and most teachers didn’t have much teaching experience. They could only demonstrate teaching aids according to the teaching plans. That was, they can't teach students according to the students' characteristics, on the other hand, they lacked guidance to parents. Parents' understanding of early education was not clear enough, and the choice of early education is blind. Besides, the cost of early education is on the high side, so most ordinary families can’t afford it.

By investigating and expounding the problems of Xianyang My Gym English early education, the author hoped can cause the attention of government and society to a certain extent, and made the Xianyang early education market driven into the healthy and orderly development of orbit. What’s more, making it as the cradle of the child the long-term education at the beginning.

摘要:幼儿期是人生智力和语言发展的关键期,抓好关键期,抓紧早期教育可以提高学习效果、开发学习潜能,在这个时期给予英语和汉语两种语言的刺激,能促进大脑两半球之间的协调,加强神经细胞之间的接触联系。

本研究以问卷调查、访谈等方式、以咸阳市早教机构中的教师、家长等为调查对象,对其早教英语课堂的教、学和管理等方面的现状进行调查。调查表明,对老师的培训体系不完善,大部分老师教学经验较少,只能按照教学计划演示教具,不能根据学生的特点因材施教,也缺少对家长的指导。家长对早教的认识不够清晰,对早教的选择有些盲目。且早教的费用偏高,大部分普通家庭不能承担这一费用。

通过对咸阳市美吉姆早教机构存在问题的阐述与剖析,期望能够在一定程度上引起政府和社会的重视,进而对咸阳市早教市场步入健康有序的发展轨道起到推动作用,让早教机构更好的进行良性地发展,使其成为幼儿初长期的教育摇篮。
