摘要:本文以金针菇苏金6号菌种为研究材料,采用固体发酵培养的方法在不同硒浓度下,对硒进行富集,获得了富硒金针菇子实体,通过测定子实体的各项生物指标(生物量、多糖、有机硒含量)对培养条件进行优化。实验结果表明:金针菇固体培养的最佳条件为硒浓度20μg/g。此时子实体生物量为13.314g/100g,胞内多糖含量为39.73mg/g,有机硒含量为491.47μg/g,有机硒转化率为2.46%。

Abstract:In this paper, Flammulina velutipes Su Jin No. 6 strain as research material, using the method of solid fermentation culture under different selenium concentrations of selenium enrichment, obtain fruiting body, through the determination of biological indicators of fruiting body (biomass, polysaccharide, the content of organic selenium) to optimize the fermentation conditions. The experimental results show that: the optimum conditions of F.velutipes in solid culture as selenium concentration was 20 μg/g. The fruiting body of biomass is 13.314g/100g, intracellular polysaccharide content was 39.73mg/g, content of organic selenium 491.47μg/g, organic selenium transformation rate was 2.46%.
