摘要:枯草芽孢杆菌广泛分布在土壤及腐败的有机物中,易在枯草浸汁中繁殖;在人体亦可发现在肠道内共生。在食品和饲料添加剂上广范使用,近年来在种子保护及生物防治上,也经常被拿来应用。临床医学上是属于安全性的有益微生物。  

   本实验的目的在于研究出安全的、高效的、具有防腐抑菌作用的新型抗菌物质。通过菌株16S rDNA序列分析,初步鉴定菌株SLY-5枯草芽孢杆菌。对该菌株产生的抗菌活性物质进行稳定性研究,具有良好的酸碱稳定性、热稳定性、有机溶剂稳定性以及紫外稳定性。利用硫酸铵等级沉淀、盐析、SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳等方法进行抗菌物质的分离纯化。以便做进一步研究,并应用到生产生活中。

Abstract:Bacillus subtilis is widely distributed in the organic soil and corrupt of easy reproduction in hay dipping sauce; in the human body it can be found in the intestines of symbiosis. It also can be found widely used in the food and feed additives, in recent years, it has often been used in seed protection and biological control. In Clinical medicine, Bacillus subtilis is the beneficial and scure microorganisms.

   The purpose of this study is to develop safe, efficient, antiseptic and antibiotic novel antibacterial material. Through 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis, strain SYL-5 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. Study on antibacterial substance stability produced by the strains, with good acid-base stability, thermal stability, stability in organic solvents and UV stability. Antimicrobial substances from strain SYL-5 was purified by procedures including precipitation with ammonium sulfate, salting out, SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis etc. In order to do further study, and applied it to the production life.
