摘  要

   从蒙自一小选矿厂周边采集土壤在基础培养基中加入0.028mg/ml的硫酸锌分离纯化出一株细菌。运用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定该细菌对锌的吸附力,结果显示该细菌对锌具有吸附力。绘制出该细菌的生长曲线并对该细菌进行一系列生理生化试验,试验显示:革兰氏染色呈阳性,能水解淀粉,过氧化氢酶试验呈阳性,唯一性碳源试验可以利用葡萄糖、蔗糖、甘油、不能利用乙酸,在37℃时生长良好。

ABSTRACT

   Mengzi around a small processing plant from the soil collected in the basic medium supplemented with zinc sulfate 0.28mg/ml of a bacterium strain isolated and purified。Using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry of zinc absorption in the power of bacteria, the results showed that the bacteria have the absorption edge of zinc。And the bacteria in a series of physiological and biochemical tests, tests showed: Gram-positive, can hydrolyze starch, catalase test was positive, the only test you can use carbon sources of glucose, sucrose, glycerol, can not use acetic acid At 37°C when growing well, and draw out the bacterial growth curve.
