摘要:对湿法浸出渣的处理多采用回转窑挥发法,回转窑处理的目的要求是防止锌冶炼过程中排出的渣对环境的污染,并回收渣中有价组分的过程。回转窑在环保领域中的技术越来越先进,污染源以及污染设施的处理方面有了极大的改善,有效的提高了环保能力。浸出过滤渣含有锌及其它有价金属,若不对其进行处理,会造成环境方面的问题及有价金属的流失。根据浸出渣成分和冶炼条件,许多冶炼厂选择传统的威尔兹法处理浸出渣,通过挥发窑系统处理炼锌的浸出渣,回收其中的有价金属。

   本论文讲述了锌浸出渣及其处理,回转窑生产过程中的冶金计算,回转窑设备的冶金计算回转窑主要的附属设备。在原料、能耗和环保的多层限制下选用合适的回转窑。并叙述了回转窑处理锌渣工艺选择,根据锌的年处理量(8万吨),计算出所需物料,根据物料多少性质确定设备的选择,所采用回转窑的大小和类别,最后设计出合理、经济的工艺流程,车间布局和能量补给。

   本论文设计的回转窑法,用于处理湿法浸出渣,能解决浸出渣和水渣的过量堆积,对排放渣对大限度回收,充分利用能源,达到炼锌环保排放废渣的目的。

ABSTRACT:Zinc is divided into fire distillation residue and leaching slag two categories. In handling this type of leaching residue by volatilization rotary kiln, rotary kiln processing requirements to prevent environmental pollution discharge process of zinc smelting slag, and recycling process components in slag. Rotary kiln technology is more and more advanced in the field of environmental protection, pollution source and pollution treatment facilities have greatly improved, effectively improve the environmental capacity. Leaching filtering slag containing zinc and other valuable metals, if not treated, will cause environmental problems and valuable metal loss. According to the leaching slag and smelting conditions, many smelter slag Waelz process of traditional selection through leaching, leaching residue volatile kiln system processing zinc, recover the valuable metals. 

   This paper describes the zinc leaching residue and its processing, rotary kiln production process of metallurgical calculation, equipment of rotary kiln metallurgical calculation rotary kiln main auxiliary equipment. In raw materials, energy and environmental constraints appropriate choice of multilayer rotary kiln.And describes the rotary kiln processing zinc slag process selection, according to the annual handling capacity of zinc (80000 tons), can be calculated according to the material, equipment selection to determine how many properties of the material, size and type of rotary kiln, the final design process is reasonable, economical, workshop layout and energy supply.

   The rotary kiln is designed in this paper, for the treatment of wet leaching slag, leaching slag and the slag can solve the excessive accumulation of slag, discharge to the maximum recovery, make full use of energy, to achieve the purpose of environmental protection zinc residue discharge.
