摘 要

空调压缩机是空调系统的核心部件。从空调压缩机的发展趋势来看,结构紧凑、高效节能以及微振低噪等特点是空调压缩机制造技术不断追求的目标。另外汽车空调的普及,是提高汽车竞争能力的重要手段之一。随着汽车工业的发展和人们物质生活水平的提高,人们对舒适性,可靠性,安全性的要求愈来愈高。因此,本论文

将重点针对翘板活塞式汽车空调压缩机进行研究与设计。

本论文详细介绍了翘板活塞式汽车空调压缩机的基本构造及其工作原理,以及其设计方法。首先,对汽车空调压缩机作了简介;然后,对汽车空调压缩机的理论基础以及翘板活塞式空调压缩机的结构设计进行了说明,包括电磁离合器的构造和工作原理,再将其和斜板式压缩机做比较。接着,对翘板活塞式压缩机进行了结构设计以及工艺分析。最后,结合所做的研究对翘板活塞式压缩机容易出现的故障提出合理的诊断与维修方法。

研究与设计表明翘板活塞式汽车空调压缩机具有以下特点:整体铸造成型、制造成本低、工作噪音低、装置振动小。另外,连杆与翘板通过铰接球相连,这让活塞往复移动时能够带动连杆运动。翘板在主轴的带动下转动,而且连杆随翘板的旋转而在一定的范围内翘动,活塞的外围表面抵住气缸内表面,以停止连杆的转动,翘板的转动也因此停止。

翘板活塞式汽车空调压缩机有很多显著的特点:首先,其便于在发动机上安装和传动;其次由于气缸围绕主轴中心的圆周布置,可使结构紧凑,易于实现小型化和轻量化;采用多缸工作,动力平衡性能好,运转平稳;排气均匀,驱动力矩变化小;设计和生产工艺成熟,结构较为完善。

Abstract

Air conditioning compressor is the core part of air conditioning system.From the development trend of air conditioner,closely-knit,high-efficient,energy-saving,low vibration and noise are the consistent goals of air conditioning compressor.In addition, the widely used of automotive air conditioners is an important method to improve competivness. With the development of car industry and living standard of people, there is an increasingly higher demand for comfort, reliability, security. Therefore, this paper aims at the study and design of the wobble plate compressor.

This paper gives a detailed introduction of the configuration and working principle of the wobble plate compressor, as well as the way in which it is designed. First of all, this paper presents a brief introduction of the air conditioning compressor, particularly the analysis of configuration and working principle of wobble plate compressor, including the structure and working principle of the electromagnetic clutch. Then, make a comparision with swash type compressor. Finally, concluding the common malfunction and maintenance methods from the study.

The invention provides an wobble plate compressor formed in a simple structure, manufacturable at low cost, and having a low noise and low vibration wobble plate rotation stopping mechanism. This wobble plate compressor comprises a spindle rotatingly driven by a drive source, an wobble plate oscillated according to the movement of the spindle, pistons connected to the wobble plate through connecting rods, and cylinders which extend parallel with the spindle and in which the pistons are inserted.

The connecting rods are connected to the wobble plate through ball joints to allow the precession of the connecting rods when the pistons are reciprocatingly moved. Wobble plate compressor has a number of significant characterisics: Firstly, it is easy to install on the engine and transmit power. Then, the cylinders center around the spindle, thus making the configutation more closer and realise smaller structure and lighter weight accordingly.Multi-cylinder operation to achieve dynamic balancing performance, smoothly running, sound emission, modestly variable drive torque, the well-developed design and manufacure method, along with well-created structure.
