人民币升值对我国农产品出口的影响研究.doc

摘要：改革开放以来，我国经济步入快速发展阶段，人民币的汇率在国际市场的影响越来越重要。国际上要求我国放宽人民币升值机制，人民币升值的声音也此起彼伏。自从我国加入WTO以后，日益融入国际市场，人民币也不断升值，对我国的经济发展产生了一定的影响。而汇率作为国际贸易中重要的经济调节杠杆，直接影响着商品的国际竞争力。

　　　在我国的国际贸易中，农产品是我国传统的出口产业，近些年出口额逐年增长，正逐渐成为国际贸易的重要部分。人民币汇率的变化势必会对我国农产品出口产生一些影响。在当今人民币不断升值的大背景下，探讨人民币升值这对于我国农产品出口的影响，有重要的意义。并根据相关结论，提出相应的对策，寻找一条适合我国农产品出口的道路。

ABSTRACT：Since reform and opening China’s economy has been in the stage of rapid development. The influence of the RMB exchange rate has become more and more important in the world. The international society enquires us to ease the RMB appreciation. The voice of RMB appreciation has become more and more strong. Since China's accession to WTO and gradually entering the international market，the RMB appreciate constantly. And, it produced some impacts to our economic, however, the exchange rate, which is the important economic leverage in the international trade, has the influence to goods' international competitiveness direct.

　　　In our international trade，agricultural products，which is the traditional export product, is becoming an important part of the international trade. The change of the RMB exchange rate must affect our agricultural products’ export. Nowadays, discussing the RMB appreciation's influence to agricultural products' export has important significance. According to appropriate conclusions, we should present homologous measures and seek a way that is suitable to our agricultural products' export.

　　　人民币升值对于我国农产品出口的影响有利有弊：有利的一面在于，短期内人民币升值在一定程度上能对农产品出口有一定积极作用，贸易顺差有一定增加。弊端在于，长期来看会导致农产品出口趋于恶化。总之人民币升值对于我国农产品出口是把双刃剑，需要制定相应的对策。

　　　面对连续的人民币升值的影响，我国应积极应对，优化农产品出口结构。包括以下几个方面：首先，优化人民币升值机制，调整人民币升值体系。建立稳定适当的人民币升值体系；其次，调整农产品产业结构，发展外向型一体化的农业；最后，加强制度创新，培养竞争机制。
