摘要:自从改革开放以来，我国的经济发展一直保持着快速的发展，而经济增长中的一个特点就是较高的经济增长和不平衡增长的并存。在国家中部崛起这一号召的指引下 ，南通市作为一个较大的城市，对中国中部的发展有着重要的作用，它有着不荣忽视的地位，经济发展速度更是不可小看。而这种发展所引起的城乡居民收入差距也就越来越明显了。
南通市是经济发展比较快的城市，但是城乡经济不均衡。农村经济仍旧是不发达，农村的收入低下存在着诸多的问题，比如工作待遇不同、土地使用率低下等。农民收入低下，如果农民进城当农民工，那收入与付出就不是正相关了。在当前的社会状况下，任何一个国家、省份、城乡无论采取怎样的方法，要想完全没有收入差距那是不可能的，任何一个地方的居民收入总是有些差异的。但是也不能让居民收入差距事态扩大下去。收入差距的不断扩大会导致社会经济发展的滞后，从而使具有中国特色的社会主义无法实现全面小康社会。收入差距不断扩大时，就会有很多影响因素导致当前社会不稳定，这就无法达到我国要求建设中国特色的社会主义和谐社会。本文就对城乡收入差距的现状进行分析，阐述差距产生的原因以及具有哪些影响，并提出缩小本市城乡居民收入差距的对策建议。

And as the widening income gap, as well as for the current social stability will inevitably impact, this and our country at present stage is proposed to create a harmonious society.
