大学生成才过程的经济学分析.doc

摘要：大学生成长成才，即大学生的社会化。从成本和收益角度来说，大学生成才就是大学生不断付出各方面的成本，去实现社会、家庭和大学生自身对其社会角色的定位和预期目标的过程。本文利用西方经济学中的成本理论从成本数量级、成本分担机制、成本分担形式以及间接成本的强度变化这四个维度去探讨大学生成才过程中的成本花费问题，并提出一些利于大学生自身成才发展的建议。

Abstract: Students' growth and success of college students socialized. From the point of view of costs and benefits, the university students studying college students continue to pay the costs of all aspects, to achieve the process of social, family and the students themselves on their social role orientation and the expected target. Using the theory of western economics in the cost of orders of magnitude from the cost, the cost-sharing mechanisms, in the form of cost sharing and indirect costs of the intensity changes of these four dimensions of the problem of the cost spent in the process of university students studying, and some benefit students in their own talent development recommendations.

　　所谓大学生成才成本，就是指大学生在社会化过程中发生的各种耗费，主要包括生活成本、教育成本、就业成本、恋爱成本、交际成本等。大学生成长成才，即大学生的社会化，从成本和收益角度来说，大学生成才就是大学生不断付出各方面的成本，去实现社会、家庭和大学生自身对其社会角色的定位和预期目标的过程。因此，大学生成长在很大程度上受制于大学生成长成本的内在机制与成长收益的预期。也就是说，大学生能否正常社会化，与大学生成长成本的构成状况、负担机制、成本与收益比较等有紧密联系。由于越来越多的大学生面临着就业难的问题，他们中的好多人发现那些当初没有选择继续深造的人反而有了稳定的工作，反观自己，在大学里学习了一身的知识和技能，却始终无法与社会接轨，产生正面效益，不禁会重新审视是否当初的选择，面临这样一个窘境，从经济学的角度去分析大学生的成才问题有一定的现实意义。
