摘要：中国随着经济的不断增长，能源需求与日俱增，原油进口进口量及进口国家也大幅扩大。中国自1992年开始从安哥拉进口石油。在20世纪90年代，安哥拉一直是中国主要的原油来源国之一。2002年，安哥拉是中国最大的石油进口国。本文运用文献调查、数量研究等方法，探求中安石油贸易现状，包石油的进出口和能源的投资开发。随着进口规模的扩大，若干问题也慢慢显现，诸如安哥拉在政治、经济上投资风险的居高不下，中国自身的经营能力等问题，并提出相关对策：资源控制与合理定位权益分享、提高远洋运输能力，学习国外优秀经验，培养人才、加大对安哥拉的政治、经济、文化的支持与交流，减少投资风险，望中安石油贸易稳健发展。

Abstract: China with the continuous economic growth, energy demand grow with each passing day. Imports of crude oil imports and import countries also greatly expanded.China since the beginning of 1992 from Angola to import oil.In nineteen ninties, Angola has been a major source of crude oil in china.Since 2002, Angola is China's largest oil importer. This paper uses literature survey method, quantitative research method, to explore China's oil trade with Angola 's status, including oil import and export and energy investment and development. With the expansion of the scale of imports, some problems also emerge slowly, such as Angola in the political, economic, investment risk is high, China's own management ability, and put forward relevant countermeasures: resource control and the reasonable position of equity share, raise ocean transport ability, learning foreign experience, fosters the talent, increase pair of Angola politics, economic, cultural support and communication, reduce the investment risk, hope China oil trade with Angola steady development.
