摘要：随着各国经济不断发展，世界经济全球化深入，国际贸易日益繁荣，国内和国际货运量不断增加，我国集装箱海铁联运迎来了巨大的发展空间。在发达国家，集装箱海铁联运的概念已经成熟，而我国仍处在不断发展的途中，因此对集装箱海铁联运发展更多体现自身的问题，如何利用有效途径解决这些问题使其得到更好的发展，更具有中国特色是本文的研究重点。
本文运用SWOT 分析方法对集装箱海铁联运发展的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战进行了分析，并提出相应的策略。相信本文会对我国集装箱海铁联运更加稳固的快速发展有所启示。

Abstract：As the world economies continuous development and economic globalization, international trade growing prosperity, domestic and international cargo traffic volume increases unceasingly, this gives the rail transport tremendous developing space. In developed countries, container sea and railway transport concept has matured, China is still in the continuous development of the way, so the development of sea and railway transport in containers will have more to reflect their own problems, how to use an effective way to solve these problems so that the sea and railway transport will get better development with Chinese characteristics is the focus of this study.
Based on SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes systematically the strengths, weakness, opportunities and challenges on the development of sea and railway transport, and proposes corresponding countermeasures。Hope the China container sea and railway transport development faster and better. I believe this paper would bring some inspiration to make sea and railway transport more stable and rapid development.
