摘 要:5S管理是一种源于日本的现场管理方法,包括整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养。以往有很多的公司都成功的应用了5S管理,这些成功的例子给我们很多的启示,5S将会给企业的各个方面带来明显的改善(塑造企业形象、准时交货、降低成本、安全生产、高度的标准化、创造令人赏心悦目的工作场所等)。5S管理理论传入中国已经有很长的时间了,现如今,几乎所有的公司都在实行5S现场管理,但是因为实行的方式不同,各公司的现场情况也不同,所以效果也各有差异。有些公司的管理很成功的,现场得到很大程度的改善,提高了企业形象的同时也使生产效率得到了提高。但是中国的大多数的中小企业实施5S的效果并不理想,有些虎头蛇尾,也有些半途而废没能一如既往的坚持。但是为什么这套管理方案在中国就走不通呢?

   本文主要通过理论与实际案例结合的方式来研究我国中小型企业实施5S管理失败的原因,根据实际来找出问题的根源,并定制新的合理的方案来帮助5S的实施,使我国企业在现场管理方面得到进一步的提高,进而将5S在中国进一步得到运用和推广,为中国的企业谋福利。虽然经过理论与实践得到了合理的方案,但是在实施的时候也会遇到很多的问题。所以本文又针对遇到的问题进行了分析和改进,希望能够给予各个需要实施5S管理的公司一定的启示。

ABSTRACT:5S management is the management method originated in Japan, including Organization,Neatens,Cleanliness,Standardization and Discipline. It is the benefit to the company is the one and only. There are a lot of companies have successfully applied the 5S management and these successful examples give us a lot of inspiration. 5S will give enterprises (Shaping the corporate image, on time delivery, reduce the cost, safety, high standardization, creating a pleasing workplace and so on. 5S management theory has been introduced to China for a long time. Nowadays, almost all companies are in the implementation of 5S management, but because of the practice in different ways, the scene each company is different, so the effect of different. Some of the company's management is very successful. The scene is improved greatly, improve the image of the enterprise and the production efficiency is improved. But most of China's small and medium-sized enterprises to implement 5S management effect is not ideal, some cop-out, also some not as in the past to give up halfway. But why is this set of management solutions in China will go?

    This paper mainly through the combination of theory and actual case to study causes of 5S failure of management implementation of small and medium-sized enterprises in china. To find the root of the problem according to the actual, implement and customize a new reasonable scheme to help 5S, make Chinese enterprises improve the on site management. And then the 5S in China further use and promotion, the Chinese enterprises to benefit. Although the theory and practice of the reasonable plan, but in the implementation we will encounter many problems. So this paper and problems are analyzed and improved, hope to be able to give a need to implement the 5S management implications.
