摘 要:受2008年全球金融危机的影响，国内外的市场出现了萎缩的情况，尤其对我国国内的中小企业来所更是遇到了前所未有的挑战，生产成本也因为原材料价格、土地价格和劳动力成本的不断上涨而节节攀升。成本的上升在一定程度上导致企业竞争力的下降，企业要在新形势下取得竞争力，从车间生产作业系统中进行改进将是一个有效的途径。而且，随着物联网技术在各行业的不断应用和发展，特别的，物联网技术能实现车间生产线上的物品与网络的连接，方便对物品的识别、管理和控制，从而能准确实施生产计划，实现制造车间生产作业系统的优化。因此，研究物联网技术在制造车间生产作业系统中的应用是有实用价值的。
本文以江苏特丽亮镀膜科技有限公司为例，对物联网技术在该公司车间生产作业系统中的应用进行了研究。论文首先对本次研究的研究意义、研究内容和研究方法进行了阐述；第二部分详细描述了论文中用到的基础理论；第三部分对该公司车间生产作业系统的现状进行了分析并找出了其中存在的主要问题，然后应用物联网技术对该公司生产作业系统中出现的问题进行改善，并对改善的预期效果进行了预测；最后一部分通过结论与展望对前文进行总结。
对该公司物联网技术在车间生产作业系统中的应用研究有一定的现实意义和实用价值。

ABSTRACT:By the influence of the 2008 financial crisis, the domestic and international shrinking market make domestic SMEs face of unprecedented challenges, the production costs keep rising because raw material prices, land prices and labor costs continue to rise. Rising costs led to the competitiveness of enterprises in sharp decline, in this situation, enterprises in the new situation to obtain competitive production making a try from the workshop to improve the operating system is an effective way. Moreover, with the Internet of Things technology applied in all sectors of the continuous development, especially, the Internet of Things technology enables the production line workshop items connected to the network, to facilitate the identification of goods, manage and control, thereby strengthening the implementation of the production plan accurately ability to master degree, and ultimately optimize plant production target operating system perfectly. Therefore, the study of networking technology in the manufacture of workshop System is of practical value.
In this paper for the example of TLL Coating Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu using Things technology workshop production at the company's operating system application were studied. Firstly, on the significance of this study, research contents and methods are described; second part of the paper describes in detail of the basic theory used; workshop production of the third part of the company's operating system analyzes the current situation and to find out of which the main problems, and then through the company's production of Things technology problems in the operating system and to make improvements to improve the expected result was predicted; conclusions and prospects through the last part of the previous text summary.
Things technology workshop production applied in the company's operating system is a certain practical significance and of practical value.
