摘 要:本论文通过对上海捷普科技公司运用准时生产分析,探讨工业工程在准时生产中的应用。本文首先分析准时生产的意义、应用现状、基本思想,以及实现准时生产的具体方法;其次,分析以上海捷普科技公司为代表的电子制造服务业的特点,根据电子制造服务业的特点,说明该行业运用准时生产的必要性。通过对上海捷普科技的相关数据分析,总结该公司在运用准时生产方面存在的主要问题,以及针对这些问题所采取的准时生产的拉式系统,看板管理,单件流,瓶颈工位改进,以及消除浪费等具体方法,说明了正确地运用准时生产的具体方法可以有效地解决电子制造服务业在生产中存在的问题,以提高其生产效率,减少浪费,并且满足客户的需求。文章最后对实际生产中运用准时生产提出了三点建议,并对准时生产在中国电子制造服务业应用提出展望。

ABSTRACT:The article through the analysis of the JIT application in Jabil technology (Shanghai) co., LTD, studys the application of industrial engineering in JIT.The article firstly introduces the background, application,the basic ideas,methods of JIT; secondly, analyses the characteristics of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry, such as Jabil technology (Shanghai) co., LTD. According to the characteristics of EMS industry, the author summarized the necessity of applying JIT in EMS industry. Through the analysis of relevant data of Jabil technology (Shanghai) co., LTD, discover the main problems existing in production. To solve these problems, Jabil technology (Shanghai) co., LTD uses pull system ,Kanban, one piece flow, the bottleneck station improvement, and the elimination of waste and so on. This states the correct use of specific methods of JIT production can effectively solve the problems existing in the production of EMS industry, improve the production efficiency, reduce waste, and meet the needs of the customers.At the end of the article puts forward three suggestions on the use of JIT in actual production, and hopes the application of JIT production in Chinese electronic manufacturing service industry will more better.
