【摘要】由于我国的保险经纪业发展起步较晚，在实际操作过程中存在着保险经纪人专业化水平不高、经营不规范、监管不力、诚信缺失等诸多问题。本文深入探讨了我国保险经纪行业的现状，对目前发展我国保险经纪行业存在的问题进行了分析，并提出确立保险经纪人市场定位与发展策略，最终建立一个完善的、与国际惯例接轨的保险经纪人市场，从而促进中国保险业健康、全面的发展。
