摘要：跨境贸易人民币结算指操纵国际贸易中，进口与出口全数用人民币结算，居民可用人民币进行支付，同时非居民能够持有人民币账户进行存款。但跨境人民币结算的微观根蒂不扎实、中国资本市场还没有彻底开放以及人民币升值等要素，影响了跨境贸易人民币结算的进一步扩展和成长，怎么发挥制度安排化解人民币结算中的问题是值得花时间去钻研的。
本文的研究重点在于跨境人民币结算失衡主要原因是收付差额，从我国跨境资金流出增长和我国跨境资金流入削减两方面进行对比对跨境人民币结算失衡的原因进行剖析，认为在我国目前进口与出口比例失衡，由于国外的金融市场限制人民币存款，人民币交易市场还没有自由并有规模的建立，同时人民币外汇储备膨胀，跨境人民币结算失衡致使境外金融市场人民币数量的增长，促进人民币离岸金融市场有规模的形成和发展，为人民币成为国际货币奠定基础。

Abstract：Cross-border yuan trade settlement refers to the use of international trade, import and export all in yuan, residents use RMB to pay, at the same time, the residents can hold renminbi account to deposit. Cross-border RMB settlement of microeconomic foundation is not solid, China's capital market has not yet fully open, and the appreciation of the yuan and so on factors, affecting the further expanding and development of cross-border yuan trade settlement, how to use RMB settlement system arrangement to release the problem is worth the time to study.
Research of this paper is focused on cross-border renminbi settlement imbalances main reason cash balance, increased from cross-border capital flows in our country and our country cross-border capital inflows to reduce two aspects this paper analyzes the causes of imbalances in the cross-border yuan settlement, think the current import and export ratio imbalance in our country, due to foreign financial markets limit renminbi deposits, yuan trading market has not freedom and the establishment of the scale, and the renminbi foreign exchange reserves, is a cross-border yuan settlement imbalances, cross-border renminbi settlement imbalances caused an increase in the number of overseas financial markets RMB, promote the formation of RMB offshore financial market scale and development of the foundation for RMB become international currency.
