摘要：随着中国经济的不断发展，珠三角地区，凭着其优越的地理位置与资源优势，再加上中国政策的鼓励，自改革开放以来，珠三角地区以高速的发展，迅速成为广东省经济基础的一大来源。随着全球经济的不断加快发展，特别受到08年的金融危机影响，珠三角地区的加工贸易企业陷入前所未有的困境，欧美债务危机，人民币持续升值，物价上涨，生产成本和人力资源开支大幅上升， 企业人才紧缺，流动资金有困难，加工贸易企业的利润空间不断受到挤压，经营压力越来越大，而海外市场一度不景气，以致有部分中小企业难以维持，甚至破产倒闭。面对一系列发展现状出现的种种困难，珠三角加工贸易企业如何找到出路，迫在眉睫。通过产业结构优化，引导资金投放，技术创新，向产业价值链攀升等等的方式转型升级，成为了珠三角加工贸易的必然趋势。

With the global economy continues to accelerate development, especially by the financial crisis of 2008, the processing trade enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region into an unprecedented dilemma, European and American debt crisis, the yuan continues to appreciate, rising prices, production costs and human resources expenditure increased substantially. talent shortage of liquidity difficulties, the processing trade enterprises, the profit margins continue to be squeezed, increasing the operating pressure, while the overseas market was sluggish, so that some SMEs difficult to maintain, or even bankruptcy. The difficulties in the face of a series of development status, the processing trade enterprises in the PRD how to find a way out, it is urgent. Optimization of industrial structure to divert the capital delivery, technology innovation, and so climbed to the industry value chain transformation and upgrading, and has become the inevitable trend of the processing trade in the Pearl River Delta.
