翻译是遵循忠实，通顺，准确和流畅的标准，把一种语言信息转变成另一种语言信息的行为。在此次翻译实践中，选取的材料来源于《奶奶说她很抱歉》一书中的第十八至十九章。该书作者为瑞典著名80后博主、记者以及专栏作家弗雷迪克.巴克曼,是近五年来瑞典最成功的作家。书中以第三人称7岁艾尔莎的视角看待周围的一切，极具童话色彩。

第十八章着力写了7岁艾尔莎到了一处她和奶奶曾经生活过的地方，遇到了曾经住在一起的同伴们，由于协会打算出售房子改变房子的租赁合同，大家一起引出讨论，且引出下文出现的“物尔士”。同时该章节还首尾呼应了一句“每个童话故事中皆会出现一条龙”，童话色彩浓厚。

第十九章衔接第十八章中的一句话“每个童话故事中皆会出现一条龙”而展开了想象，并发出这样的疑问：“如果这条龙是阴影，你逃不掉的阴影时，会怎样？”本章主要写7岁的艾尔莎与“物尔士”共同面对阴影，守护以前跟奶奶一起住过的地方、人等。此外艾尔莎还怀疑阿尔夫与自己的奶奶有着婚外情关系，并回忆着和奶奶的点点滴滴.(“物尔士”在这小说中是新创的词，它代表着一群住在城堡中的人，与艾尔莎一起对付阴影，并在斗争中给予艾尔莎很多帮助。)

书中大量笔墨描写了艾尔莎与77岁的奶奶相依为命，且奶奶极力呵护着爱尔莎，为其做出许多在别人眼中看来都是很疯狂的事情的故事。故事不仅表现了艾尔莎和她奶奶等人之间的爱，也是作者想要传达的主要思想。

INTRODUCTION

Following the standards of faithfulness, smoothness, accuracy and fluency, translation is a transformation from one language message into another. In this translation practice, the material is chapters 18 and 19 of the book "My grandmother asked me to tell you she’s sorry". The author of the book is Fredrik Backman, who is a famous 80 blogger, journalist, columnist and successful writer in Sweden in the last five years. 

In Chapter 18, Elsa came to a place where her grandmother and she lived. There she met with the companions who once lived together. Because the Leasing Association was about to sell the house and change the lease contract, all of tenants had a discussion. Also the chapter echo the end with " Every fairy tale has a dragon " in a strong fairy tale.

In chapter 19, the author asked a question: "If this dragon is a shadow, what will happen if you can’t escape the shadow?" This chapter mainly describe the 7-year-old Elsa and ‘‘wurse’’ staying together to face the shadow, guarding the previous living place. In addition Elsa suspected Alf and her grandmother had an affair. Elsa’s mind had been wandering in the memories of the past when she lived with grandma. (‘‘wurse’’ is a new created word in this story, which represents a group of people who lived in a castle and gave Elsa a lot of help in the battle of dealing with shadow.)

The story describes a lot of matters between Elsa and her 77-year-old grandmother. Her grandmother tried every means to protect Elsa, which in the eyes of others seems to be crazy. It not only shows the love among Elsa, her grandmother and other people, but also the main idea is the author wants to convey.
