摘要:在科技飞速发展的今天，人们在关注经济发展的同时对安全生产的重视与日俱增，安全事故频发会严重影响人们的生产生活，后果不可估量。

　　　为了遏制事故的发生，提高安全管理能力，保障人民群众生命和财产安全，通过安全评价的手段实现对安全生产进行预防和管理。在安全评价阶段会以大量的安全生产法律法规、规章、标准、规范要求为依据，进行危险源的辨识、分析等，来判定评价对象的安全性，并提出行之有效的意见和方法。

　　　本文主要运用Access数据库建立法律标准数据库管理系统，通过数据库SQL语言实现对客户数据的查找、删除、录入。实现安全评价法律标准管理和统计运用功能，提高安全评价的效率和准确性。

ABSTRACT:Nowadays, with the rapid development of technology, people pay attention to the economic development. At the same time increasing attention is paid to the safety in production. Frequent occurrence of security accidents affects people’s life and production seriously and the result is beyond measure.

　　　We can supervise the safety in production and take precautions by means of safety evaluation to curb accidents, to improve the ability of safety management and to ensure the safety of people’s life and property. During the process of safety evaluation, we can identify and analyze the source of danger on the basis of safety production laws, regulations, standards and code requirements to judge the safety of the evaluation object and to put forward effective ideas and methods.

　　　This paper focuses on using Access database to establish the database management system of legal standard and using the database SQL language to locate, delete and enter the customer data. By this means, we can achieve the safe evaluation of legal standard management and statistics, to improve the efficiency and accuracy of safety evaluation.

　　　本次安全评价法规标准数据库管理系统研发就是以电脑软件Accesss数据库（Access是Microsoft公司开发的面向办公自动化的关系型数据库管理系统）为工具，为现行的安全法规标准建立一个小型数据库，将法规标准用数据库进行管理，开发安全法规标准的增添、删除、修改、查询应用等功能。建立此库的目的在于可以很好的帮助用户快速找到想要的文件资料，而且准确性高。学习安全专业的应该都知道，要对一个建筑物或者管道进行安全评价事先要对其做一系列的考核，前期准备、现场勘查、采集数据等等工作都得落实到位，然后编制评价报告的依据是实地的考察还有大量的法规标准支撑。因此，安全法规标准的重要性不言而喻，它们就是一个个标杆，人们都得依照法规标准来做，达到安全指标，没有它们根本没法做评价。所以数据库的建立对评价带来了很大便利，还对日常的安全工作带来了有法可依有据可循的便捷，能更好地开展安全指导工作。
