摘要:本文主要采用问卷调查的方式，结合XX学院的实际情况，对XX学院的校园快餐配送的发展进行探讨。对XX学院校园快餐配送交通工具的种类，快餐的包转材料及快餐的保温情况，快餐的配送模式和配送方式进行调查分析；同时提出XX学院校园快餐配送存在的一些问题，针对存在的问题提出发展对策。希望通过改善XX学院快餐配送的设施设备，建立校园快餐配送系统，改进快餐配送模式，加强配送服务水平，并为顾客提供增值性服务等手段，来促进XX学院校园快餐配送的健康发展。

ABSTRACT:In this paper, I adopt the way of questionnaire survey, combined with the actual situation of Honghe university, on the development of Honghe university campus fast-food distribution were discussed. The kinds of fast food distribution of Honghe university campus transportation, fast food package materials and insulation situation of fast food, fast food of distribution pattern and distribution way were investigated; The Honghe university's campus is put forward at the same time fast food distribution problems, put forward development countermeasures for the existing problems. Hope to the Honghe university's fast food distribution by improving the equipment, set up campus fast food distribution system, improve the fast-food distribution mode, strengthening the logistics service level,and providing value-added services for customers, in order to promote Honghe college campus the healthy development of the fast food distribution.

随着社会经济发展和人们生活水平的不断提高，人们的餐饮消费观念逐步改变，对消费质量要求不断提高，更加追求品牌质量、品位特色、卫生安全、营养健康和简便快捷。快餐的社会需求随之不断扩大，市场的消费大众性和基本需求性特点表现的更加充分。现代快餐的操作标准化、配送工厂化，连锁规模化和管理科学化的理念，经过探讨到实践的深化过程，目前被广为接受和认同。另外，快餐配送在资金投入上与运作上较为灵活，所以我认为我们学校的快餐店应该对快餐的配送引起重视。我选这个题目，目的在于结合XX学院校园学校快餐配送的发展现状，分析XX学院校园快餐配送所存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出可行性对策，使得XX学院校园快餐配送能够健康快速的发展。
