废弃电器电子产品回收利用的分析.doc

摘要：电器电子产品制造业是我国一个庞大的产业领域，但废弃电器电子产品的有效回收利用尚没有得到足够的重视。本文结合相关项目的研究，阐述了在我国这样一个人均资源占有率很低的国家，开展废弃电器电子产品回收利用的重要意义，并分析了国内外在废弃电器电子回收利用方面的现状；在此基础上，探讨了废弃电器电子产品的有效回收途径。建立有效的回收体系，最大限度地循环利用资源，使我国的电子和电器制造业及电子废弃物处理业协调发展。

Abstract: Electrical and electronic products manufacturing industry is a huge area of our country, but the waste electrical and electronic products, effective recycling is still not received sufficient attention. In this paper, the research related projects, described in our country such a low per-capita share of national resources to carry out recycling of waste electrical and electronic products, the importance of, and analyzes the domestic and international electrical and electronic waste recycling in terms of the status quo; in this Basis of the waste electrical and electronic products, effective recovery approach.  废弃电器电子产品的回收处理是一项趋势，不仅是国际的贸易出口要求，还是我国产品更新换代的基本趋势；不仅是面对经济萧条、拉动内需的所必须的现实，还是发展循环经济、节能减排的必然途径，最重要的是环境的迫切需要。而我国作为社会主义国家，政府率先扛起废弃电器电子产品回收这一大旗，先后出台了《废弃电器电子产品回收处理管理条例》和《家电以旧换新实施方案》这两项政策，引领废弃电器电子产品的回收处理。而‘家电以旧换新’在政府财政补贴和相关政策的支持下，也如火如荼的开展起来。
