摘要:研究此课题可以判断乳化液是否符合使用标准,经过测定乳化液的质量指标可以及时调整和改善乳化液的使用,从而提高生产质量。本文通过乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)容量法,将试样用酸溶解,加入过氧化氢将铁氧化至三价,以磺基水杨酸溶液作指示剂,用乙二胺四乙酸二钠标准溶液滴定,测定出乳化液样品的总铁含量;通过使用电导率仪和pH试纸测定出乳化液的电导率和pH值。实验表明样品的总铁含量符合使用要求,而使用后乳化液的pH值略低、电导率较高,应及时调整。

Abstract:According to studying this subject we can determine whether emulsion be up the using standard. The indicators of emulsion can be adjusted and improved by measuring, thereby raising productive quality. In this paper the sample was dissolved with acid by Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt(EDTA) volumetric method, adds hydrogen peroxide to oxide iron to trivalent. With sulfosalicylic acid solution as indicator, musured the  mulsion sample's total iron content is musured by Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt(EDTA) volumetric standard solution; using the conductivity meter and pH paper measured conductivity and pH of emulsion. Experiments show that the total iron content of the samples meet the requirements. The used emulsion should be timely adjusted ,because they got higher conductivity, lower pH.
