摘要:以相似模型实验理论为基础,针对昆钢125 t复吹转炉,采用1:10水力学模型,研究了氧枪枪位、顶吹气流量和底吹流量对熔池混匀时间和喷溅量的影响。结果表明,使用枪位高度在17cm~21cm;底吹气体流量在0.75 m3/h ~1.25 m3/h;顶吹气流量在24 m3/h ~28 m3/h的范围内,混匀时间较短,且喷溅量较小,很稳定,在一个很小的范围内波动。当底吹气体流量为1.0 m3/h,枪位高度为19cm,顶吹气流量为28 m3/h时熔池的搅拌混匀效果最佳,喷溅量最少。

ABSTRACT:In a similar model experiment theory as a foundation, point to the steel 125 t the combined-blowing hydraulics model converter, use, "QiangQiang bits, top-blown oxygen gas flow and bottom blowing flow to pool the amount of time and blender spillage effect.
