摘要: 基于我国公务员工作的高待遇与超稳定性特征,使得近年来报考人数逐年增多,报考者文化水平也呈现高学历化的特点,社会对公务员考录的关注越来越多,与之相关的产业也日益增加。但是,在我国公务员考试录用制度发展中,由于发展的不够成熟,仍存在诸多问题:考试录用过程透明度不高、考试录用方法缺乏科学性,内容设置有待完善等。上述问题必然导致许多违反原则的行为普遍存在,这种现象既不利于社会稳定,也不利于社会资源的合理配置。本文通过对我国公务员考试录用制度的梳理,对上述种种问题进行较为系统的分析,并提出了创造良好的公务员考试录用制度的良好环境、增强笔试与面试的科学性、优化公务员监督考核制度等具体举措。

Abstract:In recent years, the treatment ascension and working stability properties in our civil servants make the number of the candidate registers increase annually, whose cultural level also educated higher and higher at present, the society take more and more attention to the civil servant examinations and employment, and the related "kingdom exam" industry was growing.But the current civil servant examinations and employment system appeared many problems in the implementing process which may result from the immature of political, economic and cultural environment. Civil servant examinations and employment system’s orientation is insufficient, it also lack of scientific process and transparency enough examinations, many problems such as the violation of the principle exist, the existence of behavior detrimental social stability, also led to social resource misallocation.Therefore, the study of our civil servant examinations and employment system based on the situation of our country, from the present situation of examinations, in accordance with the reason analysis of the problems in the civil servant examinations and employment system. Enhance the scientific written exam and interview exam; Perfect supervisory system of civil service examination measures to optimize the current civil service examinations system.
