摘要:油箱普遍作为存储燃油的容器,本设计着力于研究油箱成型机的液压系统设计。油箱成型机采用液压系统控制能更高速化,高效化,低能耗。提高液压机的工作效率,降低生产成本。并且实现机电液一体化。充分合理利用机械和电子方面的先进技术促进整个液压系统的完善。

   在设计的过程中,首先进行了系统的工况分析。然后,根据工况确定出了液压系统的原理图。在对系统的原理进行分析后,根据给定的参数,计算出了系统的流量以及确定了系统的压力。根据液压设计手册,对液压元件进行了选择。然后通过对液压缸各个参数的计算,进行了液压缸的设计。为了使液压元件集成化,标准化,并且使液压系统结构紧凑,安装方便,装配周期短,本设计还进行了集成块的设计。实现了元件之间无管连接,消除了因油管、管接头等引起的泄漏、振动和噪声。整个系统配置灵活,外观整齐,维护保养容易。

ABSTRACT:The fuel tank popular as the containers for storage fuel, this design focus on research the hydraulic system design of the fuel tank molding machine. The fuel tank molding machine with hydraulic control system can be more high-speed, high efficiency, low energy consumption .Increase the efficiency of the hydraulic machines and reduce production costs .And realize hydraulic integration. Fully rational use of mechanical and electronic aspects of advanced technology for the entire hydraulic system is perfect. 

   In the design process, the first conducted a systematic analysis of the working conditions. Then according the working conditions to defined the hydraulic system schematic. In the analysis of the principle of the system, according to certain parameters, to calculate the flow rate of the system and determining the system pressure. According to the hydraulic design manual, there is a selection of hydraulic components. Then , computing the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder to determine the design of the hydraulic cylinder.  In order to make the hydraulic component integration, standardization, and the hydraulic system is compact, easy to install, assembly cycle is short, the design also conducted a manifold design. Achieve without pipe connection between components, elimination of tubing, pipe joints caused by leakage, vibration and noise. The whole system achieved configuration flexibility, neat appearance, easily maintenance.
